In today's evolving NCAA landscape, which is increasingly international and welcoming older players, maturity, experience, and development are critical factors for reaching the highest levels of competition.

The Gap Year Concept
The recruiting process is a matter of timing. Coming to ETURE for a year or more of accelerated soccer development after your high school graduation will help you to increase your value as a prospect. The maturity, the elite training under advanced Spanish methodology, the competition experience under a promotion and relegation system, and the physical development will be key factors to earn the attention of top coaches and increase your value in the recruiting market.
As international recruitment grows every year and coaches look for more experienced players overseas, competing abroad under a 10-month season, fighting for three points every weekend, and completing an official season in Spain, makes the difference in the maturity of any player and becomes key in the recruiting process of any ambitious young footballer looking to play at the highest NCAA level.
Additionally, taking a gap year also has its benefits related to eligibility matters. The year you spend in Spain will not count against your eligibility if you just graduated from high school. This will expand your future opportunities and give you a better chance to make better decisions.

The Eture FC goal
Born in 2023
ETURE FC was born as a club in 2023, competing in the first official league under the Spanish Football Federation and earning promotion to Second Regional in its first season.
The mission of our ETURE FC programme is to demonstrate that an international team, composed mostly of North American players from the United States and Canada, can compete at the highest levels in Europe and achieve promotion to the top divisions. Officially registered with the Real Federación Española, our goal is to elevate both ETURE FC and our partner club, Vinaròs CF, to higher divisions.
At the same time, we focus on increasing our players' value by providing them with the platform, exposure and playing time needed to reach top college programmes or further their professional careers.

Success is not only measured by what happens on the pitch. Vinaròs is a coastal town in Castellón where the residence, the gym and the pitches sit minutes from each other and from the sea — a season lived in one place rather than commuted across. Valencia is an hour down the coast and Barcelona two hours up it, for the weekends that call for a city.
Vinaròs, your home for the season
A Town, Not a City
Small enough to walk and to be known in. Players move between the residence, the campus and the sea front on their own, which does more for a first month away from home than any facility on the tour.
The Mediterranean, Minutes Away
The beach is a short walk from the residence, and it is where the squad ends up on an afternoon off. A season here does not feel like being sent away to train.
