Legal Notice

Who runs eturesports.com, on what terms you may use it, and the law that applies.

Who we are

This website is owned and operated by ETM SPORTS COMPANY, S.L., trading as Eture Sports. The details below are published in compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

  • Company: ETM SPORTS COMPANY, S.L.
  • Registered office: Carretera Ademuz km-12, 46184 Valencia, Spain
  • Tax number (CIF): B-12967725
  • Register: Mercantile Registry of Valencia
  • Email: hello@eturesports.com
  • Telephone: +34 653 63 53 80

What this website is for

It describes what Eture Sports does — college recruiting in the United States, the Gap Year and High School programmes, the Showcase, trials, camps and tours — and it gives players and families a way to get in touch. Reading it is free and needs no account.

Joining a programme is a separate agreement, signed off the website. Nothing here is that agreement.

There is a private area for Eture Sports staff behind a password. Access to it by anyone else is not authorised.

Using this site

By using it you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

  • attempt to reach any part of the site that is not open to you, or interfere with how it runs;
  • copy, scrape or republish its content or its database beyond what the law allows;
  • introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it;
  • submit information you know to be false, impersonate someone else, or send us a minor's details if you are not their parent or guardian.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, video, design, logos, source code and databases on this site belong to Eture Sports or are used under licence. Reproducing them without written permission is not allowed, beyond the uses the law permits — quotation, press review and similar.

University names, crests and the marks of the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the institutions and competitions we work with, and imply no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Player photographs and interviews are published with the player's permission and, where the player is a minor, that of a parent or guardian. If you appear in something on this site and you would like it taken down, write to hello@eturesports.com and it will be removed.

No guarantee of a place or a scholarship

This matters more than the rest of this page, so it is not buried at the bottom. Everything published here about placements, scholarships and results describes past seasons and is given for information.

Admission, athletic eligibility and financial aid are decided by each university, by the NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA, and by the United States authorities that issue visas. None of those decisions is ours. Nothing on this website is an offer, a promise or a guarantee of a place at a university, of a scholarship, or of any particular amount of money.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or that every page is free of error, and we may suspend it for maintenance.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site, from content on sites we link to, or from events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for wilful misconduct and the rights that consumer law gives you.

Minors

A large part of what Eture Sports does involves players under 18. If you are under 18, browse and contact us together with your parent or guardian: any form about you should be submitted by them.

Eture Sports has a child protection policy and a delegate for the protection of minors, as required by Organic Law 8/2021 on the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence (LOPIVI). Anyone — a player, a family, a member of staff, a visitor — can raise a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a minor, confidentially, through our independent channel:

If a child is in immediate danger, call 112. The national helpline for children and adolescents is 116 111, free and confidential.

Personal data and cookies

What we do with the information you give us is set out in the Privacy Policy. What this site stores on your device is set out in the Cookies Policy.

Accessibility

We build this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as closely as we can: it works from the keyboard, respects a reduced-motion preference, and keeps its text legible when enlarged. It has not been independently audited, so we will not claim conformance.

If any part of it is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier, tell us at hello@eturesports.com. We treat it as a fault, not a suggestion.

Complaints

Write to hello@eturesports.com and we will answer within one month. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer authorities of your region; in the Valencian Community that is the Dirección General de Comercio, Artesanía y Consumo.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025, so — unlike most notices still online — this one does not send you to it.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the city of Valencia, except where a mandatory rule says otherwise: if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, and only those courts may hear a claim against you.

Changes

We update this notice when the site or the law changes. The date at the top says when it last happened.

Questions about any of this go to hello@eturesports.com.
