Professional pathway

In 2023, we launched our boutique of player and club representation alongside Juan Manuel Barbero Sánchez, a former LaLiga professional player and football agent with over 20 years of experience in player representation, whose expertise has been instrumental in ETURE's growth at multiple levels.

Together with the experience and unique vision of the twin brothers, Ximo and Jaime, the ETURE Professional Department is now a FIFA-licensed agency qualified to represent players, clubs, and act as intermediaries in major transactions.

Our mission is to complete the journey with the players we begin developing at the residential programmes and assist at college level, providing greater support and guidance as they pursue professional opportunities in MLS, USL Championship, USL League One, LaLiga and across Europe.

Over the past years, our agency has also dedicated significant work to the African market, working closely with both clubs and players to help export top talent and create genuine pathways into the European and American soccer systems.
