Our Mission

Our mission is simple: facilitating the personal and professional growth of our student-athletes through the sport we all love, soccer.

For ETURE, soccer is not the end goal, but the vehicle through which we navigate different stages of life. It is a vehicle that instills core values such as companionship, leadership, ownership, resilience, and tolerance to adversity, ultimately shaping players into better individuals and stronger competitors in the professional world.

ETURE works with not only the current generation of NCAA and college athletes, but also the next generation of engineers, doctors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, biologists, sociologists, and more—individuals who will have a lasting impact on society. Our commitment is to ensure that the lessons learned and discipline developed while pursuing dreams on the field translate into success and fulfillment off the field. We strive to make a meaningful impact on the communities where we operate, starting in Vinaròs, Spain, and extending to every corner of the world where former ETURE students live, carrying forward the values and vision of our program.

In order to achieve our mission, everything at ETURE revolves around our culture and the core value that defines our organization, philosophy, methodology, and beliefs: Made in Adversity.

Every ETURE student must embrace this mentality and fully engage with the Made in Adversity culture. At ETURE, we believe that every challenge soccer presents, whether it appears positive or negative, shapes who we are. The difficult moments of the sport, from injuries, being left out of the roster, missing a penalty, or not achieving a goal, provide the best opportunities to teach young athletes resilience. These experiences help them develop tolerance for adversity, greater self-control, and the ability to navigate frustration.

Our goal is to build individuals and professionals who are problem solvers in the face of challenges, and who develop a winning mentality: one that finds joy in the process, even when obstacles arise, and seeks to positively impact their environment and communities rather than blaming external circumstances for outcomes.
