The partnership connects the academy of a Spanish professional soccer club with the U.S. college system, providing Levante UD players with a structured pathway to pursue soccer and higher education in the United States.

Valencia, Spain — August 10, 2026. Eture Sports and Levante UD have announced a new partnership to create a structured U.S. college soccer pathway for players within the Spanish professional club's academy.

Through the agreement, Eture Sports will support eligible Levante UD academy players throughout the process of pursuing athletic and academic opportunities at universities across the United States.

The initiative connects two development environments that are becoming increasingly relevant to international players: Spanish soccer and U.S. college athletics.

For Levante UD academy players, the partnership creates an additional pathway through which they can continue competing in soccer while pursuing a university degree in the United States.

Connecting Spanish player development with U.S. college soccer

As part of the partnership, Eture Sports will design and manage an individualized college recruitment process for participating players, including promotion to U.S. universities and guidance throughout the academic, athletic, administrative and admissions requirements involved in the transition.

All player recruitment and promotion activity will be conducted under the supervision and approval of Levante UD.

Eture Sports will also organize informational sessions for players and families at Levante UD facilities, providing guidance on the U.S. university system, recruitment timelines, available opportunities and required documentation.

As part of the agreement, Levante UD officially recognizes Eture Sports as a partner of the club for the program and will support communication surrounding the initiative and future academy players who successfully transition to U.S. universities.

Creating more pathways for young players

The partnership reflects a shared belief that young players should have access to multiple routes for their long-term development.

While Levante UD's academy continues to prepare players for opportunities within professional soccer, the collaboration introduces an additional option for players to continue their athletic development while pursuing higher education in the United States.

Pablo Sánchez, President of Levante UD, highlighted the club's commitment to preparing academy players for their futures both on and off the field:

“It is a true source of pride to establish this partnership with Eture Sports. One of the fundamental pillars of our Cantera Granota is to develop not only great footballers, but also great people, giving them as many tools as possible for their future.”

Sánchez also emphasized the value of providing players within the club's professional academy pathway with comprehensive support toward the U.S. university system and access to high-level academic and athletic opportunities abroad.

For Eture Sports co-founders Jaime Miralles and Juanma Barbero, the agreement represents an opportunity to add another pathway for players developing within a professional Spanish academy:

“We are excited to work with an organization as important as Levante UD. While its academy remains focused on giving players the tools to pursue professional soccer and reach the first team, this partnership also provides them with another valuable option for their future: continuing to compete in the United States while earning a university degree.”
