Season Recap: Sergio Ors

Midfielder Sergio Ors enjoyed an outstanding debut season with Union Omaha in USL League One, appearing in 28 matches and making 16 starts while logging 1,559 minutes. The Eture player proved to be a decisive attacking presence, finishing the season with 10 goals and 2 assists, a remarkable return from midfield.

Ors’ form was particularly impressive down the stretch, earning him USL League One Player of the Month honors in September. The former West Virginia University star became only the 8th first year professional to win a Player of the Month award since USL League One's inception in 2019. His performances were a key factor in Union Omaha’s strong finish, as the club secured 5th place in the regular-season table and advanced to the postseason.

Omaha’s playoff run came to an end in the USL 1 Quarterfinals, but Ors’ contributions across the year made him one of the team’s standout performers.
