Eture Sports player Paco Fernández made his mark once again for the Bryant University Bulldogs, scoring the opening goal in their 2–0 victory over the University of New Hampshire on Tuesday evening at Wildcat Stadium.
The decisive moment came early in the match when teammate Jaime Amaro stole possession from a Wildcat defender and found Fernández inside the box. The Spanish forward reacted instantly, slotting the ball into the back of the net in the seventh minute to give Bryant a crucial lead. The Bulldogs later sealed the win with another goal from Amaro in the 16th minute, closing out the regular season on a strong note.
This latest goal marks Fernández’s sixth of the season, solidifying his position as the team’s second-highest scorer and one of the top five goal-scorers in the America East Conference. His consistent performances have been instrumental in helping the Bulldogs secure a 15–1–2 record, earning the No. 2 seed heading into the America East Tournament semifinals.
