The decisive moment came early in the match when teammate Jaime Amaro stole possession from a Wildcat defender and found Fernández inside the box. The Spanish forward reacted instantly, slotting the ball into the back of the net in the seventh minute to give Bryant a crucial lead. The Bulldogs later sealed the win with another goal from Amaro in the 16th minute, closing out the regular season on a strong note.

This latest goal marks Fernández’s sixth of the season, solidifying his position as the team’s second-highest scorer and one of the top five goal-scorers in the America East Conference.
